Upon establishing candidates who can move through the clearance process I would run background and credit reports and provide assessments to prepare candidates for credentialing. After verifying they qualify, I would package security clearance process paperwork packets to email to candidates and work with them to complete. Edit, organize, and package credentialing paperwork for review by USCIS employees. Post review and approval repackage documents with security protocols and forward to OSI with password protection. Follow up with candidate and OSI for statuses of NBIS processing and update trackers for progress. Upon clearance process between 10 days and 180 days connect with candidate to set up start dates Send site lead emails to set up emails for PIV and assign managers per role and shift. Set up start dates, create offer letters, send out new hire information emails to all department heads.
