I learned all aspects of this small local owned business and built myself up and gained multiple certificates. I was one of the few (6) of our skeleton crew during Covid. After working there for 1 year I became GM and managed our skeleton crew. Left due to relocation.

Started off as an entry-level employee within the span of 6 to 9 months. I worked myself up through 3 to 4 promotions, and then over the summer I was forwarded to an aquatic supervisor, earning my certificate in basic life support matrix and getting on hands on experience and different CPR, and other scenario cases which I reviewed and documented for companies filing. Along with that I was in charge of several other tasks. 3 types of inventory, team morale, crew member events, all interviews, and lastly all new hire procedures and paperwork. Using a Microsoft Word, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, and google presentations to create facilities signage and informative flyers for the monthly employee board . In addition these systems were used to create indivisible case files for each new and current employee to monitor any medical or facility specific incidents that were classified as the duties of the aquatics department.

Activities to enrich and support memory recognition over regression. Creating extensive day to day reports on resident behavior, activities, feedings and other triggers or traits.
