Silvies Valley Ranch, OR- General Manager

A 170,000 acre all inclusive ranch/resort; 4 Golf Courses; Full-Service Spa; Ranch style fine dining. I joined the resort in February 2023, to bring it back on-line following a 6-month closure. Helped introduce all-inclusive packages; enrollment in Preferred; on-line reservations; J1 program, etc. Left at the end of May due to differences in styles of management between on-site owner and myself.

Sun Mountain Lodge, WA- General Manager

A private mountain top resort with over 3,000 acres; recognized as the top Cross Country Ski destination resort with our own certification school; mountain biking, fishing, hiking, Two restaurants. Full spa. I took the resort from an old property to AAA Four Diamonds.

Aladdin Dunes, OR- General Manager

Ocean Front property. Managed and upgraded all systems and operating procedures whilst helping build a new hotel next door adding conference services, a second restaurant and more rooms. Hired and help train all new managers and staff. Posted top revenue sales and net revenue each year.

Coach House Properties, OR- General Manager

Two separate properties. Downtown property primarily individual and contract sales with a family style restaurant. East side property more upscale near Capitol buildings with renown Steak House. Managed to top revenue and net income each year.
