2019 – 2024 RiseBoro Community Partnership
Associate Director of Housing Operations & Facilities
Orchestrated the re-structuring of entire Property Management Portfolio including new positions, responsibilities, building assignments and reporting structures.
At various phases of Development and Construction worked closely with those departments to review and plan building designs on new acquisitions. This included attending project meetings, attending all building systems trainings, creating punch-lists with Director of Maintenance, and ensuring all building service contracts and utility accounts were in place.
Responded to elevated tenant grievances in a timely manner to include meetings.
In collaboration with the Director of Property Management provided crises management for Property Management Team during pandemic. Ensured operational services were provided to all buildings; ensured all emergencies were handled; designed and implanted safety protocols for staff and tenant communication given the limitations of having contact with residents during this period and ensured proper coverage during staff quarantines and staff vacancies.
During the on-set and height of the pandemic, March 2020 through December 2022, ensured that that the eight 202 buildings remained in HUD compliant, which included to safely and strategically conduct re-certifcations and ensured that over 22 million dollars were received in subsidies.
