Repair Supervisor (13 years, one month)
Repaired and maintained telecommunications equipment down to component level. Trouble shooting components using schematics, O-Scopes, multi-meter, signal wave analyzer, video analyzer.
Managed a team in all aspects of their job including hiring, training and the maintenance of all equipment within the Comcast product line.

Project Manager (One year, four months)
Deployed with the Army in support of operation Iraqi Freedom. Handling various projects in setting up training of soldiers coming into overseas operations in various tasks including communication equipment use/repair, asset tracking using RFid etc. handling, convoy planning and operations.
Managed a team of 20 soldiers in the maintenance of various equipment consisting of HVAC, Scopes, and communication security equipment. Assigned daily tasks and setup routines within individual areas to facilitate equipment repair down to component level.
US Army MOS 35E 6/04 – 8/05
Information Management Officer (One year, two months)
Built the internet, phone lines and radio communications for the company; developed and implemented unit level electronic maintenance programs; Installed Cisco switches, lines and repeaters; ensured repair of COMSEC (Communication Security) devices complies with published security. Assisted the unit by utilizing DRMO (Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office) to repair computers and the acquiring of necessary parts needed for continuous daily operations.
Managed daily security operations at the Joint Distribution Center (JDC); responsible for maintaining gate guard, roving patrol and vehicle inspections; organized work schedules and trained 121 soldiers on all aspects of security operations.
The building, training and installation of this project were at a cost of $5.2 million with a savings of $600,000 over third party vendors.

Project Manager (One month)
Planned, setup, and implemented a computer network project for a classroom environment in order to provide a new Army standard of teaching within the Depot to students both present and future. The 74 series computer operators’ military occupational skill will be taught from that point on as well as upgrading skills of staff within the Depot. This was a $300,000 project in the planning, setup and installation of equipment and software for the 74 series occupational skill.

Performed maintenance/upgrading on over 200+ computer systems, IBM, Zenith, Hewlett Packard, etc.
Colligated and presented to superiors a quarterly training brief on over 700 personal outlining changes in training and equipment status.
Planned, coordinated, and implemented security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
Implemented and developed a computer moderation program that resulted in a productivity increase of 120%.
