3) Working with only 2shift - morning and afternoon (until 11pm). Morning shift will responsible for Club Lounge food arrangement from breakfast and teatime while afternoon shift responsible for Dinner time.

3) Handling the arrival & in hse guest and follow up traces. 4)Clearing the expected departure or due out guest. 5)Handling the cash payment, third party payment, travel agent voucher and doing the credit card authorization.
