I started out working in restaurants, a small factory, child daycares and then moving onto own and operate my own child daycare. I am presently employed at Toyota Motor Manufacturing.

I started out in the Body Weld department. I worked on the line building vehicles. I also learned MIG welding and was part of the quality team. I then transferred to the Assembly department and worked on the assembly line in various places. I am also in the Mentor program, working and helping new hires to feel welcome and find answers to any questions they may have.

Here I owned and operated a family daycare. I was in charge of the daily operations, taking care of the children, teaching preschool to those who were age appropriate. I also was in charge of the business operations, working with the State food program, Department of children and family, all License, records, taxes, and all paperwork duties. I also ran this business in Wisconsin before moving to Southern IL. My total time in this position was from January of 2002 until September 29, 2011.
