Arriving at Kennedy Airport in March 1984 with just sixty-five dollars and a determined spirit, I embarked on a new chapter in life. After completing high school and receiving two years of training in "Mechanical and Heating" at a Trade School in Zagreb, Croatia, I secured a position as a Superintendent for a luxury co-op building in Brooklyn Heights, NY. In this role, I collaborated with residents to address and resolve various repair issues, sparking my interest in the field of Real Estate.
