DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES Indianapolis, IN
Floor & Decor (2023 – 2025)
Hired as Divisional Director Human Resources supporting the Great Lakes. Role was expanded to support the Gulf Coastal and later the Midwest Regions, encompassing thirteen states. Consulted and led on HR strategy related to employee relations, talent development, processes and procedures, compliance, communication, and field support for COE’s.
Provided guidance to District and Store Leadership related to Federal, State and Local compliance matters. Educated and audited locations for coaching and correction as warranted to ensure local employee processes and practices met or exceeded requirements. Conducted investigations related to complaints filed. Leveraged data metrics to identify trends related to turnover to improve recruiting, hiring, and retention initiatives.
Created and facilitated virtual HR training related to leadership development for identified gaps related to having difficult and constructive feedback conversations. Conducted in-person follow-up training with role play as onsite at store locations.

Prime Distribution Services (PDS)/C.H. Robinson (2019 – 2022)
Hired as Director of Human Resources for Prime, acquired by CHR and secured as HR Leader for NAST Warehousing business segment to consult on HR strategy, processes and procedures, safety, communication and Human Resources infrastructure.
Led acquisition transition onsite during COVID-19 ensuring that all acquisition associates at five PDS warehouse locations safely completed all necessary onboarding including; IT access, online HR forms and benefit enrollments.
Provide guidance to COE Leadership and Project Teams related to changes required for established HR processes and protocols to meet warehouse employees, management and operational needs.

Retained as Director of Human Resources during a contract to establish a new temporary worksite, including instituting all processes, procedures, hiring, compliance, training and development, and Human Resources infrastructure.
Guided the end-to-end lifecycle of the Federal project to improve veteran access to medical care and benefits; aligned HR functionality to meet program, business, and financial objectives.
