Subject: Notification for EOT under Delay Drawing & EI – Upon receiving New Seepper Package related to LVSG. Dear Mr. Kotb,

Reference is made to the above subject, for the event occurred up to the date of signature of this contract EOT Brief:

Following to the receipt of Code C regarding the 10Nos’s LVSG panels (Ref Attachment: 1) were submitted as per the existing IFC package are required to revise/reproduce and re-submit due to not considering the additional load for Seepper, Kiosk package against the transmittal reference KAA-TRANSMIT-002772 & 6ABHA-08-KAA-PM-ENI-00045 for which ICAD has received IFC without Load detail on 26 November 2024 (Ref Attachment: 2) has left out ICAD not to proceed with scheduled delivery of LVSG panels on 20 January 2025. In order to tailor the New Requirements (Seepper and Kiosk Package) received from SEVEN/MBL, it is important to record that the above-mentioned LVSG panels will be unavailable on 20 JAN 2025. Thereby, ICAD will entitle the route of EOT for the event occurred during this window. 1. New IFC for Seepper & Kiosk received without LOAD detail and therefore ICAD assumed to receive the load detail IFC by end of Dec 2024 which will have direct impact on project completion timeline from its original duration and (Ref Attachment :3) which are in the pipeline of submission and approvals of feasibility study, preparation of shop drawing, calculations (panel board schedule),panel fabrication drawing, manufacturing of panels and delivery followed by installation, testing, commissioning and handover with documents. 2. To an explicit this is exceedingly depending upon the approval of shop drawing but not limited to the impact on already furnished panel board with circuit breaker shall be used partially/replaced with new breaker ratings as per the final demand load requirement approval. 3. Owing to this event occurrence, ICAD would like Inform that all previous submitted Manufacture/Shop Drawings related to LVSG panels will become abortive and any incurred cost will be reimbursed by providing proper substantiation shortly.

Pursuant to Sub-Clause 3.3 (Instruction of the Engineer) with EI reference No. 6ABHA-08-KAA-PM-ENI-00045 (Ref Attachment 4) are instructed to proceed with execution of additional items in accordance with the new IFC. Thereby ICAD will submit all the supporting documents for evaluation and proceedings under the contract sub-clause 13.3
