Working as a Fabricator (my own) since Sep 2023 to up to now. Work Experience

Fabricating AC Duct, ventilation duct system. Making aluminium door, window, fly screen door and window, shelves, book shelf, desk, and repair and replace roofing system, roof sheets and install and repair door hinges & door locks.

Worked as a Facilities Maintenance Foreman in Amentum/ WRM-AFCENT Program, The direct contractor to the United States Air Force. Since 2005 to July 2023. ( During 2005-2008 period I was supporting a work control Clerk / Maintenance Technician and carpenter then promoted as a Lead / Maintenance Foreman in 2009 to 2023 in the same Department )

Job Summary

Supports the Facilities Maintenance Superintend in the maintenance of all DynCorp International operational and domestic facilities at designated WRM Sites. Supervises and directs the activities of the Facilities Maintenance Team

(FMT). Work includes masonry, metal work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry; HVAC and assisting the Supervisor in the up keep of associated paper work and records. Carries out all duties in accordance with DynCorp International ISO 9001 Quality and Safety Standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains the highest standards of professional performance within the FMT.

Open & close PM & CM work orders in Maximo Computerized Program & ordered parts through Maximo & scheduled & generate new assets and update production plan record & man hour calculation report.

Maintains an up to date working knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and ensures that these are adopted at all times in the working environment.

Reports all cases of misconduct or poor performance to the FMT Supervisor.

Ensures, by monitoring, that the Preventative Maintenance Program for all DynCorp operational and domestic facilities is strictly adhered to.

Monitors all work carried out by Contractors.

Coordinates with the FMT Supervisor to provide training and professional development of the FMT personnel.

Acts as alternate to the FMT Supervisor in his absence. Highlight of WRM work experience

Doing all kind of Carpentry works, Building Roof and structure maintenance work, Fabrication jobs and General Mechanical for Roll up doors and Personal door, paining, installing and repairing door locks.

Updating daily man hours, daily time sheets, cost of purchasing and end of monthly work reports.

Perform final inspection of all CM & PM works and update status and closed work orders in maximo.

General Electrical installation and maintenance, domestic equipment hook ups at WRM Facilities, Fire suppression system minor maintenance and groundings test.

Operates/maintains electric hand/pneumatic power tools ( grinders, sanders, needle guns, drills, saws, and metal shears, air reels& air regulators ) and shop-supported equipment

Supporting to BEAR BASE to get done task on time ( Function testing and replacing parts for BEAR assets such a power generator, power panels, water cleaning system, dome shelter). Inspecting, cleaning, repairing and packing kitchen system, sanitary system and dome shelter.

Perform plumbing and fittings works & wall painting and spray painting.

Perform maintenance and repairs on the HVAC units including Split pack, window type, commercial package type and HVAC as well and refrigeration charging and recovery practice and gas Welding.

I Good knowledge and experience with multiple Refrigerants, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene and Oxygen for handling, maintaining and storing Accordance with OSHA Standards.

Good knowledge and experience in “used or waste product” of Hazardous material handling, storing, accumulating, labeling, and classifying.

Inspects hazardous materials within the assigned work center and coordinates the appropriate office for the disposal of HAZMAT when required.

Storing items in proper locations (shelves or bins or box) and labeling proper part number, noun and location number.

Maintaining SDS for all shop use Hazardous items.

Steam Plumbing and Sewage Plant Maintenance.

Maintaining inventory and other stock records for shop items.

Accepts recommended additions to bench stock item, provided history with recommendation to supervisor for consideration.

Maintaining shop tools are in working condition, reports damaged tools and requisitions replacements.

Build up individual tool kits for various crafts using established tools list.

Signs out tool kits for various crafts suing established tools list.

Signs out tools kits and maintains records in secure file.

Stocks most common hand tool items to replenish kits as approved by supervisors.

Maintains inventory and other stock records.

Accepts recommended additions to bench stock from workers, provided history with recommendation to supervisor for consideration.

Maintains shop tools are in working condition, reports damaged tools and requisitions replacements.

Builds up individual tool kits for various crafts using established tools list.

Good knowledge and experience in “good product” of Hazardous material handling, storing, accumulating, labeling, classifying and search & placing MSDS.

Good experience with industrial safety and understanding and enforcing “AFOSH & OSHA” standards.
