Performs effective and efficient administrative duties for the Chief of HR, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, filing, copying, mailing, etc.

Coordinates conference calls, calendars as needed, vendor meetings, booking conference rooms, and taking minutes.

Prepare reports or presentations with minimal direction.

Manages confidential and sensitive written and verbal communication.

Answer/respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails.

Uses discretion and maintains confidentiality while interacting with a variety of people in person and on the phone, relating to the employees, customers, and the Chief of HR/Superintendent.
