• Personally recruited by the Chairperson of Orthopedic Trauma at UTMC to create and develop a strategic marketing plan for the department.

• Developed a marketing campaign targeting hospitals and physicians in twenty-three counties throughout Northwest Ohio, liaising those medical professionals directly with the Chairperson of the orthopedic department.

• Established a specialized on-call service for clients. This provided immediate access of trauma cases to expert medical opinions and more rapid transfers of trauma patient confirmations.

• Directly involved in building and implementing a new Policy Administration system, which included migration of existing client information. The above activities resulted in a substantial increase in patient referrals and admissions for the UTMC Orthopedic Department.
