OBJECTIVE
To obtain a full-time position within a progressive company where my maintenance and mechanical skills can be used to affect the success of the company.
QUALIFICATION
Most of my responsibility is training, giving procedure to the employee, managing time shift, organizing people to work fit with they own experiences, knowledge, skill, ability and talent. I have been training in electrical, water meter, heating and air conditioning system, train employee in the safe workplace as the professional custodial and improvement the plan, leading maintenance procedures and programs for success. Planning how to serve each other and customers make sure our job are done with the appreciation of the clients.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE/REPAIR EXPERIENCE
Currently Environmental service Director at Hayes residence enterprise. Mostly in my duty is created policy, scheduling, ordering, get ready the bedding for move in and out for the residents, cross over housekeeping department and resident care system such as treatment with the disease, storage controlling, help nursing department with the elderly and mental person who is not be able and did not get along with the nurse so I am the person always have a good communicate with the resident like that and also very impressive, good counseling with those who have mental health and selfish person and more.
7 years of full routine maintenance, repair, removal, replacement of the machine, mechanically operated equipment such as auto scrubber, vacuum cleaner, buffer, washer machine electrical outlet, snow blower, high speed, carpet cleaning machine, sweeper riding and project floor.
1.6 years in building maintenance supervisor, supervisor experience, management teams 8 to 15 member crews and experience in organized. Most of my experience in cleaning systems, equipment maintenance, chemical, methods, procedure of cleaning and manage the crew to performed as professional.
2.Good Organize storage, housekeeper experience, evaluation crews’ performance, created policy, schedule deadline, cleaning procedures, budget managements, good manage and control building system, great leadership experience, I do have 6 years experience relate to housekeeper, management employees and 6 years experience in building maintenance supervisor, custodial supervisor experience, more.
7 years’ experience in maintenance duties such as: replace toilet bowl, sinks, floor, carpets, lighting system, laundry machine system, electrical facility, water system, and windows, doors, account management, customer services and more about the cleaning procedures, housekeeper, 7 years cleaning experience such as carpet cleaning, floor, tiles, hard wood floors, and procedure cleaning managing and more.
Some electrical experience, water meter, air condition system, heating system, operated lighting system in computer, fire system and i knew the way how to maintenance building.
6 years’ experience as Environmental service director. My duty is managing time, fire drill, fire alarm system testing, water flow testing, emergency fire testing, boiler operation, water heater operated, safety alarm.
