Established 25+ backlogs in Azure DevOps while coaching/training and facilitating 100+ team resources.
Oversaw migration of 100+ applications from multiple onsite data centers to AWS. Worked with contractor teams as well as onsite developer teams in establishing UAT, Staging and Production environments for a companywide cutover for both US and Canada.
Oversaw concurrent implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Upland PSA Project Management Platform via Agile methodology. All of which were implemented during the same 12-month window. Effort included design, implementation, and rollout across all functional groups within the company. Continual process improvements for PMO as well as companywide initiatives by working closely with the rest of the Leadership Team.

Oversaw key projects that implemented 25+ new data sources as the company expanded from financial to insurance industry, working with numerous top 20 insurance providers.
Oversaw defining and documenting of Project Delivery Process to provide consistent understanding of how projects would be managed across all company functional teams.
Improved project efficiency by implementing Assessment activity conducted by Business Analysts which increased Stakeholder input and signoff on project requirements and milestones.
