Site planning, feasibility studies, alternative selections, and evaluations, permitting, construction services — water, reclaimed water, sewer and storm water management. Utilizes cost effective solutions. Soil testing, landscaping, traffic control, retention ponds, retaining walls and erosion control.

DRAWING DESCRIPTIONS

Complete drawing packages — Conceptual drawings to Construction drawings to As-Built drawings, Survey grids associated with coordinate system, Demolition and Land Clearing, ground surface contouring, Roadway layouts, Lot layouts, building layouts, finished floor elevations, property line layouts, easement and setback line according to local requirements.

All underground utilities-piping etc., Landscaping, Views: elevations, cross-sections, Profiles

detail sheets, legends, and notes. Paper space — model space. Blocks, attributes, X-refs,

images. Create using LDD, terrain models, alignments, stationing, profiles / sections and

elevation views. Site visits, use of survey notes, aerials, surveyor point files, download files with

abbreviations and notes, tax maps, and deeds. Zoning, FDOT standards and details, cost

estimating spreadsheets, utility layouts, storm water, sanitary sewer lines, water mains,

reclaimed water, laterals, fire hydrants and gate valve locations, underground/overhead utilities,

etc. Everything in site design! roofing, structural, electrical, HVAC and much more…

restoration process to ensure accuracy within 1/8” maximum allowance deviation in accordance

to blueprints. Inspection of plates and plate scribe line layouts to ensure layouts are correct and

ready for steel frames/longs welding. Surveys include shooting for plumb, vertical and

horizontal; level shoots for correct plate flatness. Downloading point files and creations files
