INIZIO ENGAGE (formerly ASHFIELD HEALTHCARE LLC), Global Commercial & Clinical Services, Fort Washington, PA 2017 – Present

$900+ million wholly owned subsidiary of UDG Healthcare plc, one of the largest healthcare services companies in the world (now under private equity firm CD&R as of August 2021). My division consists of healthcare commercialization services for 28 countries and Business Units, with up to 6,000 FTEs.

SVP and Global Chief Financial Officer

Oversaw financial operations for a Division with Business units including Commercial, Clinical, Market Access, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Data/Analytics, and Strategic Consulting.

Lead all areas of Finance, consisting of twenty-eight global business units. Direct overall financial policies, overseeing accounting, finance, payroll, credit, audit, and treasury (Working Capital and Cash Flows).

Significantly contributed to increased operating results, restructuring efforts, and exceeded the past five years’ financial, working capital, and operating targets.

$250+ million wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Company, Inc., one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. My division consisted of healthcare commercialization services including clinical, medical, and call centers, with up to 4,000 FTEs.

SVP and Global Chief Financial Officer

Managed all areas of Finance, consisting of five divisions and international business units. Directed overall financial policies, overseeing accounting, finance, payroll, credit, tax, and treasury.

This significantly contributed to increased operating results (between +12% and +30%) during each of the past two years, exceeding all financial and operating targets.

Successfully led to the sale of the division to an independent company (sale to HCL Industries).

$350+ million division of Publicis Groupe SA, one of the largest healthcare communications groups in the world. My division consisted of pharmaceutical commercialization services including contract sales forces, clinical, and call centers, with up to 4,000 FTEs.

Managed all areas of Finance, IT, and Operations, consisting of seven business units. Direct overall financial policies, overseeing accounting, finance, audit, credit, IFRS, and treasury.

Acted as key senior executive setting business strategy and creating value.

Significantly increased operating results for three continuous years and market cap by ~$125 million.

Led successful company recapitalization effort without an investment banker utilizing $80 million offering, debt facility and royalty obligation buy-outs.

Completed $28 million public stock offering with UBS Securities.
