Technical Analyst
Responsible for monitoring on-line banking systems services provided by Wells Fargo to customers, intranet banking services provided to Wells Fargo team members, Retail Distribution Systems provided to ATM/POS customers, wholesale Tandem operations/Autosys applications in the wholesale environment.
Responsible for identifying, escalating and initiating resolutions to problems and failures as they occur.
For the server environment, this is done using HP Insight Manager (identifying problem servers), Remedy (locating appropriate escalation group and opening/managing trouble tickets); for the transaction platforms, this is done through a combination of HP OVO and Mercury testing and for the Tandem environment HP patrol agent.
Modified and added all Tandem documentation (325 docs) from current network drive to new SharePoint in new MSword format. Also, modified current EXCEL daily work logs to add ability to create daily workbook for entire year with VBA code added to current EXCEL templates.
For the General Nelson Environment (which monitors pretty much all possible on-line transactions at Wells Fargo), we utilize one server which monitors test transactions generated by our Mercury testing application.
Responsible for keeping the Tandem documentation up to date.
Currently working in the Mainframe area as MVS & Batch operator.
