- Developing Baselines and updating monthly CPM schedules, tracking progress, and using EVM technique for reporting KPI, and forecasting cost and schedules. - Managed projects ranging from $2M to $670M.

- Developing Baseline, updated schedules, processed change orders, and prepared analytical reports.

- Reviewed contract terms& conditions drawings, milestones, SOW, BOQ, Schedule of values, and resource requirements.
