Scope of Works: Roads, Buildings, Infrastructure and Landscape.

Underground Gravity Lines for Foul Sewer and Surface Water Drainage.

Underground Pressured Lines For Treated Sewage Effluent.

Job Role: Inspection of infrastructure (Drainage).

Responsibility

Supervise/Inspect the daily execution and progress of works to ensure its compliance with the project specifications/shop drawings/IFC Drawings.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors for the execution of works such as excavation of trenches, installation of storm water/foul sewer/TSE pipelines, construction of manholes, rebar works, concrete works, micro tunneling works, backfilling of laid pipelines and reinstatement of the areas.

Coordinate with the Contractor’s team for planning, execution and inspection of the works

Coordinate with the Italconult team (Surveyors, ARE Utilities, ARE Roads, Landscape Engineer) for planning, execution, inspection and interface of the works.

Liaise with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.

Liaising with stakeholders and their representatives (engineers and surveyors) for construction works.

Planning the work efficiently in order to meet agreed targets.

Conduct site inspections for new projects, including civil work, storm water drainage, foul sewage, concrete structures, paving and utility works; record general and detailed conditions through reports, verify compliance with proposed plans and specifications; identify discrepancies with other project stuff member; research and verify a variety of information.
