●If multiple demogs. (DOB, Email Address, address etc.) are received as part of profile update along with mobile number, all the demogs to be updated first in the LMS system except the mobile number. Then the MI Linking flow to be applied on the mobile number. Accordingly, mobile number to be linked/updated or rejected by the system.
●Mobile number has been authenticated by the partner
●The demogs updated will be received for the accounts where the profile has already been created/updated in the system (Permanent/Virtual Accounts)
●All demogs are not mandatory for LMS to process the demogs update received by the partner. For e.g. If only Mobile number and Email Id are received for update the same should be updated in the system.
●Above process will not be applicable for MEMBER EXTENDED PROFILE Feed
●All Communication (SMS/Email) for Linking/Delinking generated by the LMS system should work AS IS.
●Mobile number to be updated in profile number only if it’s linked with the Card Number
●If same mobile number is present for multiple card numbers, the mobile number to get linked/delinked as per the MI Linking Flow for each account.
