Oda Bultum University Lecturer (Economics Lecturer) I am the senior staff of Oda Bultum University Lecturer starting from October 2019 till today in Economics Department in Oda Bultum University under the college of Business and Economics. My Responsibilities:

Teaching various courses for Undergraduate Economics students.

Giving various training and teaching economics courses for other business students as a common courses under the College of Business and Economics category.

Advising the proposal preparation and final thesis for Graduate class of Economics students.

Doing various staff proposal and research papers on different Economics issues.

Reviewing and Analysis of different journal articles.

Giving various tutor class for economics students.

Data collection, recording and analysis for my own research.

Supervising Economics students how to write their research papers.

Training students on various courses and how to write their proposals.

Preparing different teaching modules, hand-outs and various teaching materials for Economics students.

Examining and giving various expert comments for research presentation of graduate class of Economics students.

I did and publish about 226 papers both on Research gates and Academia as well as on different academic websites which includes and contains various researches, Article reviews, Preprint, Teaching modules, Technical reports, Hand-outs, presentation, thesis, books, raw data, data, posters and other materials that was prepared and reviewed as principal investigator by me and few of them as a co-investigator. During my Summer Vacation While I am in Education Starting from both Early July and August to Early and Mid-September I was conducting various tasks and activities in cooperation with Weragu dheka dima Missionary women centre and weragu dheka dima elementary school (Starting from July 2008 till Early September 2017 for Nine consecutive Summers by Voluntary participation with non- governmental organization of weragu dheka dima missionary women centre in cooperation with weragu dheka dima school).

I was teaching Mathematics and English as well as other subjects at their summer vacation.

I was teaching the world history for the students starting from grade 7 till grade 12 during their summer vacation.

Giving different training for the society on how to improve their saving habit, employment creation, family planning and other issues.

Preparing various planning and schedules concerning students studying programs and plans.

Evaluating the students through giving different exams.

Starting from my career job in October 2019 till today I am doing various researches and papers then publishing it on research gate, on Academia and different academic website and still today I already published about 226 papers on research gates and academia. Presented a poster titled “Gravel Road Construction, Solid Waste Management System and Creation of Job Opportunity Project in Jimma Town: the case of Becho Bore Kebele, Tulema zone.
