Responsible for overall operations as well as long term strategic planning to meet operational, tactical and savings objectives for North American MRO Storerooms.
Effectively implemented standard operating procedures across all North American MRO storerooms to ensure operational alignment standardized performance.
In the execution of these processes, North American MRO storerooms realized an 8% overall reduction in inventory while decreasing critical stock outs by over 60%.
