• Supervised both Production and Drilling departments along with the support staff .

• Before being promoted to manager my duties were to Design, monitor and implement all drilling and completion work, which has averaged sixty wells per year in the Cherokee Basin.

• Responsible for the horizontal drilling and completion of very thin coal seam targets.

• Have prepared and installed certain stimulation and tracking programs to improve both new and old production. Installed chemical programs and changed lifting techniques to start lowering LOE 2003-2004 Contract Completions and Drilling Engineer* Piceance Basin, Permian Basin and Southern Utah area

• Spent six months as Stimulation Consultant for Encana in the Rifle Colorado area. Field coordinated the stimulation and completion of Mesaverde and coalbed methane wells in the Pieance Basin.

o Supervised up to five drilling rigs in the Permian Basin ranging from Morrow wells (12,500’) to Bone Springs wells (7800’)

o Prepared AFE’s, drilling prognosis and spud books for each well drilled. o In Southern Utah prepared AFE’s and drilling programs for an exploratory area that was developing the Navajo Sand. Was also the onsite consultant for both the drilling and completion aspect for this discovery

2001-2003 Drilling/ Completion/Production Engineer* Newfield Mid Continent. * Tulsa, OK

• Coordinated up to six drilling and four completion rigs during peak activity in Western Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle.

• Stabilized cost on both the drilling and completion side during a period of increasing rig rates.

• Supervised 130 wells on the production side throughout the mid continent area.

• Increased production from 23 to 29 mmcfd through workovers, payadds, compression, velocity strings, plunger lifts, installing downhole pumps and soap strings.

• Lowered lifting cost by 20% in supervised area by eliminating unprofitable methods of operations.

• Supervised the drilling and completion of over 120 wells ranging from Coalbed Methane to all conventional formations all in the San Juan Basin.

• Contributed to a team that increased coal seam production in 80 wells from 5 mcfd to 50 mcfd.

• Lowered overall completion cost by 10% without increasing cost of service.

• Gained experience in directional drilling, both in mud and air applications on mostly tight gas sands.

• Prepared AFE’s along with reservoir and economic forecast for all drilling projects that were undertaken.

• Tracking production along with forecasting reserves using Aries and Power Tools were both required for comparing new frac designs.

• Achieved 15% increase in 1st year production compared to direct offsets Mesaverde wells along with a 10% decrease in completion cost.
