Collect specimens for drug and alcohol testing as per F.T.A regulation for the Department of Transportation. Enter test data and findings in the computer with the highest level of confidentiality. In charge of filing medical records and statistics to be reported to the Drug Reporting Unit and the Medical Review Officer. Maintain all laboratory equipment such as: Glucometers, Intoximeters, R.B.T Alco sensor/RFT 4, and Cholestotect for cholesterol testing. Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of an (EBT) Evidential Breath Testing Device and phlebotomy. Enter data and test findings in the computer with the highest level of confidentiality, and for these tasks I have used programs software such as: People soft, Data pipe, Lightspeed, Medgate. Assigned to appear in court hearings to testify on procedures of the laboratory when positive drug or alcohol testing take place and go out in the field to process employees that are medically unable to report to the laboratory for various reasons.
