Programmed high speed photo eyes for punch press to make sure the blank left the press before it would make another stroke. This resulted in increased production by decreased jams on machine.

Installed an online machine vision system resulting in saving a major account and $150K in salaries. System serves as benchmark in all manufacturing operations.
Installed and programmed a production line using DeviceNet resulting in a reduction of change-over time from two days to one hour and a 30% increase in online production efficiency.
Installed PLC technology to reduce manufacturing scrap from 5% to less than 2% while increasing plant production capability by 15%.
Developed and presented PLC training program for production electricians to operate and maintain production lines.
