Property Acquisition:
Approving official for USGS allocation transfer order requests through GSA website (ppms.gov) and external outside agencies.
Procurement process: Identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, receiving goods, and managing supplier relationships.
Process IT Bankcard upload requests to ERP for newly acquired property and Run Incomplete Asset Reports to track and ensure all property is added into (SAP S4 HANA, FBMS).
Property Inventory:
