At the donut shop, I start my shifts as early as 3–5 AM to prepare the store for opening. Obtained and processed doctor’s cases in the Hot-Room, including receiving deliveries, disinfecting them, sorting them into specific laboratory trays, and distributing sorted trays, packages and letters within the company.
Created a training manual and trained new employees in the hot room and shipping department. Received invoiced cases ready for shipping, and inspected and verified outgoing goods against invoices verifying accuracy. Boxed and labeled local cases and sorted them to the correct drivers inbox. Scanned RX’s, selected the appropriate information pertaining to the scanned case, and entered notes and information into the system for the technicians. The front desk: greeted guests, distributed badges, scanned work tickets and RX’s into Papervision. The marketing department: researched and entered account information into SalesForce.
