Darlington Memory Lane 2016 to December 2020
• Marketed two dementia care locked facilities consisting of a total of 73 beds
• Brought occupancy up from 68 percent to 98 percent and maintained occupancy between 95-99 percent
• Provided tours daily including evenings and weekends
• Interviewed and assessed residents for placement
• Completed application and residency agreement with resident and responsible parties.
• Assisted with eligibility and applied for financial assistance to include Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Aide and Attendance, and long term care insurance
