Responsibilities
Capability to accurately updating information in electronic document management system/Client system.
Control & maintain the system for issuance recording/filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents like procedures, plans, QA/QC records, Specifications, drawings, and related documents.
Letters to/from Company and updating registers accordingly
Distribute incoming letters from all SUBCONTRACTORS to the concerned Department through mail and xCMM
