Almost 3 year maintenance(millwright) and machine experience

Experience using power tools and hand tools

Outstanding knowledge in mechanical equipment and parts

Installed parts like small couplings, shaft, chain..

Make holes, tap,maeasuring,…

Bullitt Staffing, Diamond, Iron Mine (Millwright, shut down rotational) July.2023-Nov.2024

In safe manner, replace the pump (took off casing, impeller,..) and installed new one

Visual inspected Conveyor Belt System, replace the rollers, belt scraper, pulleys, gearbox

Measured, cut the Belt and made Deflector chute, skirt rubber

Visual Inspection Screens (Bearings, shaft, springs...), change the oil, greasing

Visual inspected Jaw feeder, Jaw, for proper functionality(check springs, belts, motor base, leaks)

Checked for material build up under conveyors, running, inspection of bearings from tail, head pulleys, top and return rollers, unusual noise or smells burnt belt

Assemble, mounted and adjust Bearing on shaft, rollers, plates

Help to maintenance guys to replace, fix, repair the above equipment

Perform predictive, preventative, maintenance of manufacturing equipment

Inspected electrical steam boiler, compressor and its pressure vessel, exhaust fan and HVAC units. according to instruction to ensure units work properly

Change the bearing, belt and greasing exhaust fan, motors lubrication

Knowledge in electrical and did some electrical job like, wiring low & Hi, replace the receptacle
