Initially brought onto program as temporary support responsible for program financial deliverable preparation and invoicing. Role became full time, supporting the Program Manager on the day to day business operations and process improvements. Envisioned and collaborated on the creation of a staffing database used for recruiting, reporting and invoice preparation.
