Highly motivated environmentalist with relevant work experience includes 20+ years of progressively responsible experience with environmental program management, Strong background in conducting field activities including conducting at national, organizational, and/or facility level to understanding an entity’s Greenhouse gas emissions profile and report it in the form of an emissions inventory (MRV), Pollution, Environmental Impact Assessment, Biodiversity, and forestry as well. Demonstrate proficiency in project and report support, scheduling, technical skills, data collection, accuracy, and time management. Moreover, I am working the Federal Environmental Authority and Ministry of Plan together with staffs in the policy development to strengthen the National climate issues working together with all different stakeholders’ on sustainable trade, investment, and private sector development and I contributed to environmental, social and economic growth in Ethiopia. My reliability, communication skills, responsibility and friendly nature are assets I would bring to the work. MRV of support (e.g., climate finance, technology transfer, and capacity building) to track provision and receipt of climate support, monitor results achieved, and assess impact.

Plan the activities of the project and monitor progress against the approved work plan.

Execute activities by managing personnel, goods and services, training and low-value grants, including drafting terms of reference and work specifications, and overseeing all contractors’ work.

Monitor events as determined in the project monitoring plan, and update the plan as required.

Provide support for completion of assessments required by UNDP, spot checks and audits.

Manage requests for the provision of UNDP financial resources through funding advances, direct payments or reimbursement using the FACE form.

Monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports.

Monitor progress, watch for plan deviations and make course corrections when needed within project board-agreed tolerances to achieve results.

Ensure that changes are controlled and problems addressed.
