• Led and designed the restructuring of data models across 9 teams to enable the reuse of bag barcodes for grocery fulfillment by overhauling related databases using Scala and AWS DynamoDB. This initiative resulted in a remarkable 5.3% efficiency boost, benefiting over 150,000 pickers across Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, and global 3P stores post-launch.

• Executed a seamless migration of dependencies for a grocery fulfillment service app to a new data resource, implementing A/B tests and integration tests in Python with AWS CloudFormation and Lambda. This transition led to the accurate pricing of substituted items and generated significant cost savings, impacting more than 40,000 orders daily.

• Handled on-call duty, such as fixing and improving automated test process in existing services, including unit tests and integration end-to-end tests using Scala.
