• Monitored construction of a brewery facility for Firehouse Brewery Inc. in Miami, FL. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing senior level reviews of property condition assessments, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD projects, and construction loan monitoring reports. Also, conducted property condition assessments and construction loan monitoring, including loan loss exposure and site safety reviews; also performed construction due diligence reviews for investment banks, lenders, developers, and property owners on a nationwide basis.

• Oversaw business development functions, including sales, marketing, bidding, customer service, and technical support, for new contracts.

• Monitored engineering submittals and performed construction management on major commercial construction projects in Europe and the US.

• Solicited new business while maintaining existing accounts.

• Performed structural calculations for hi-rise curtainwall systems, residential and light commercial building projects.

• Miami International Airport Terminal A expansion project: District Project Coordinator serving as FAA point of contact on project implementation and coordination related issues.
