1. I have continually been in a position of authority and the full time Construction Contractor in cooperation with the Building Owners / Liaison / Designers / Architects from conception through completion of building projects that I have been awarded.
I communicate with the Owner and Architect and make design recommendation, verbally describing concepts to allow them to make informed decisions. While applying for and securing final building permit approvals, from county / municipal / state government inspection / engineering services, I would review, interpret and/or verbally explain any questions local government officials have prior to final building permit approvals.
When Architects, Civil/Structural Engineers and Building Inspectors create change orders for modification of building projects I have had the responsibility to interpret and submit those new changes to local government employees to review, interpret, explain changes and answer questions that may arise to any revisions and changes being made.
While performing newly modified changes with my subcontractors / employees, I would meet at the job site confirming visual inspections followed up by written change orders.
I am qualified from many years of hands-on experience that all work performed is being executed properly in accordance with local government approved job descriptions, specifications, and blueprints.
