An industry-leading visual storyteller with over *5+ years’ experience defining marketing and advertising, brand identity, and content promotion designed to reach broad-based audiences and consumers on the national scale. Provides concept through execution of award-winning creative solutions of live action promo and commercial video campaigns, print, live experiential events, digital and social media. Established a career on breakthrough iconic conceptual primetime entertainment show launch campaigns, the Olympics, and television network branding that influenced trends in re- branding network and cable identities.

Direct, conceptualize and curate all branding for the United States government agency, VOICE OF AMERICA, and its consumer-facing presentation. Lead, manage and direct a multi-talented and disciplined staff of editors, motion designers, writers, and production support in generating the content, communication, and design, of all media across the internet, print, social, and broadcast in 47 different languages worldwide.

• STUDIO MANAGEMENT AND WORKFLOW: As a hands-on Creative Director and Art Director, responsibilities include generating original concepts and content in addition to overseeing the production of complex short form video messaging for the branding of all VOA’s Entertainment and News video promotion, broadcast show opens, network motion branding graphics, key art, communication and marketing materials inclusive of all cross-collateral advertising. Launched the VOA OTT+ Streaming App, on Apple TV and Roku. Oversees and manages a staff of more than 50 personnel, departmental budgets, equipment upgrades, purchases, leases, assets, and workspace accommodations. Produces, schedules, manages, and trouble shoots live action studio production. Creative Direct, Art Direct, and executive manage a 20+ person creative services and design studio for NBC Universal Marketing Advertising and Promotions. Supervised the creation and development of original show launch campaigns and promotional video spots for the NBC Primetime Entertainment lineup, the Olympics, and NBC Cable properties. Brand curate the visual presentation of the NBC Network, art direct the NBC Entertainment on-air design and digital and social media platforms.

• LIVE ACTION DIRECTOR ORIGINAL CONTENT: Translated television show marketing and creative briefs into compelling hands-on original shoot promotional experiences for many of NBCUniversal network’s high profile show launch campaigns, series and specials, such as: THE VOICE, CHICAGO FIRE, MED, P.D., LAW & ORDER: SVU, JIMMY FALLON and WILL & GRACE.

• OLYMPICS: Emmy® Award-winning contributor and collaborator with the NBC Olympics program promotions team. Originated conceptual shoot spots with many of Team USA’s highest profile medalists. Pioneered IN-THEIR- OWN-WORDS brand campaign that has defined the current Olympic Promo Campaigns since 2006.
