SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ingram as Project Manager/Project Engineer is responsible for project oversight consisting of proposal writing, estimating, project scheduling, personnel assignment, report writing and review. Mr. Ingram’s projects are typically condition assessments of steel and concrete infrastructure, including tanks and pipelines. Mr. Ingram has specialized experience in the evaluation of corrosion of concrete & steel structures, identifying mechanisms of concrete & steel structure failure and initiating recommendations for repair and/or replacement of the affected structures as well as turn-key repair consulting and applications.
Mr. Ingram has significant experience in Construction Management (CM), heavy construction quality assurance management (QA), Pulp & Paper capital construction management and project oversite – equipment/structures, coatings/linings, inspection and materials selection, cathodic protection system testing, cathodic protection system trouble shooting, cathodic protection (QA) construction oversight, soils testing including resistivity, redox potential, and corrosivity analysis. Pressure grouting of underground structures; concrete & steel (QA) for rehabilitation and new construction, shotcrete (QA) for tunnel lining systems and structural rehabilitation of masonry, structural steel, and structural concrete.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ingram has over twenty (26) years of construction management experience, corrosion prevention and concrete rehabilitation including large scale coatings/linings projects and services to various engineering firms for condition assessment of concrete & steel structures.
Capital construction project management for Woodland Pulp, LLC including a $3,100,000.00 rebuild of a Hi-D stock storage tank (80-ft tall & 44-ft diameter structure) & various other concrete & steel capital construction projects totaling ~$6,000,000.00 – on time and within budget.
Mr. Ingram has provided quality assurance (QA) construction oversight of pressure grouting and structural concrete/steel lining systems for the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) Boston Harbor Project in East Boston, Massachusetts as well as construction management services of pressure grouting and structural concrete/shotcrete lining systems for four miles of aqueduct tunnel rehabilitation work (Walnut Hill Project) in Marlborough, MA.
Project management and (QA) oversight of corrosion related concrete & steel rehabilitation and protective coatings/lining projects for Los Angeles County Water District in Carson, California.
Project management of sheet piling and associated protective coatings (QA) oversight for the Central Artery Project (Big Dig) in Boston, Massachusetts.
Project management of a Sewer Force main corrosion study consisting of soil testing, third rail stray current testing using data loggers, and NDT for Boston Water and Sewer Commission in South Boston, Massachusetts.
Project management for External Corrosion Direct Assessment and CIS survey of a 48-in buried steel pipeline for Woodland Pulp, LLC in Baileyville, ME.
Project management for NYC DEP for condition assessment, materials selection, specifications, and project report writing for plant wide rehabilitation and coating/lining upgrades – Bowery Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant, Astoria, NY.
