Train employees; plans, assigns, and direct work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Conducts physical inspections of the property and ground maintenance
Implements and enforces all policies and procedures; insuring through supervision and review that all personnel are operating within regulations
Conducts property showing; insuring through supervision of the office personnel that all sales techniques and methods required by the management are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
