I am responsible for all day-to-day operations at a medical oxygen and gas facility including payroll, truck maintenance, and staff. I am responsible for the management of CDL drivers to ensure DOT compliance in all areas. I am also responsible for all training for drivers and production staff. I oversee all plant staff to ensure they meet production standards while ensuring quality control, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy compliance. I personally conduct all safety meetings and training to ensure the plant and staff meet annual safety standards. My plant has been the only plant to maintain 100% safety and training compliance throughout the entire year. I maintain and order all plant supplies and work to keep spending down by reviewing cost cutting initiatives. I conduct bi- annual inventory and am responsible for management of overtime, interviews and hiring, routing, internal and external audits, managing deliveries to three states, shipping/receiving, employee relations and reviews, and organizational customer service while working closely with our sales team. I am responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers and ensure any and all issues are handled quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. 1996 – MAY 2013
