April of 2016 I decided to establish my own business as an independent artist/designer. I have been continually working on networking and building community connections. In 2019 I relocated to NM and then COVID happened and I haven't been able to build my business the way I envisioned. So I have been doing small gigs here and there but I really want and need stability and structure.

I was the supervisor/manager for a team of 50 people that consisted of CSR reps, bag handlers, Carousel agents, SkyCaps, and PBA agents. I did audits, wrote daily reports, filed and handled customer complaints, employee discipline, and conflict resolution paperwork. My duties varied from day to day as I needed to be on top of the management of a large team of people. I did all of the daily CSR scheduling as well as new hire training, and the payroll.. I had to file track and write all of my employee documents as well as scan and send to the home office in PDF format.
