PROJECT INFO – I was hired as the Contract / Subcontracts manager. This project worked directly with the Multi-National Forces Observers (MFO). This group primary mission was to oversee the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel. My role was to work directly with the MFO Contracts manager and oversee the chief subcontractor that provided services. HNSI was contracted to provide restoration and basic life support (BLS) services to over 1,000 US and participating country military forces. This project was shortened because the MFO decided to take over the contract services to save funds.

CONTRACTS ADVISOR (Apr. 2013 – Feb 2017)

PROJECT INFO – As a Contracts Advisor (CA), I was brought in to manage the Midyan Gas-Condensate contract which was established in Northern Tabuk area of Saudi Arabia. This was a new technological project which was to product and process 75 MMcfd of non-associated gas and 4,500 b/d of condensate. This was to be a new “state of the art” gas processing facility. Saudi Aramco chose Larsen & Toubro Arabia (LTA) as the main Subcontractor for this huge project. LTA brought over 1,700 workers and established over 15 Subcontractors for this project. My role as Chief negotiator was to advise the Project Manager and Engineers on the legalities of the contract as well as to advise on all change orders. I worked directly with the assigned attorney and was responsible for securing the Vice President / President signature as needed. This was a “Remote-Controlled” state of the art facility that would be the corner-stone and future for the next generation of Saudi Aramco projects.

My role was Senior Subcontracts Administrator in which I became the Point-man for an office of one admin and two local buyers. I was established directly at the Site daily to work with the PMO staff overseeing the Subcontractors and ensuring that contracts and supplies were readily available and onsite at all times. There were over twenty (20) Subcontractors which provided labors daily. I was directly responsible for ensuring that we received quality materials for the project. I also met with suppliers in Dubai for specialized materials needed for the MOD.
