The Helix program involved migration of all credit data from UNISYS to TSYS for the file and database archiving systems and involved batch interfaces between existing systems and DDE portion of the Capital One Hub.. Capital One is a matrix organization with various vertical and horizontal platforms. Interfaces is one of the horizontal platforms and work with verticals including card processing, contact center, account booking, card data warehousing, financial networks, ProphIT etc. Helix moved data through the DDE to/from Total Systems Inc. using the DDE for a landing zone to place and retrieve data files.

● Managed program level responsibilities for interfaces. Worked with all the project managers across all the verticals and horizontals for interface management.
