During this time, I served in the United States Marine Corps as a Financial Management Resource Analyst. My responsibilities included the design and interpretation of financial data using Microsoft Excel and other software, preparation and analysis of accounting records and financial statements, and presenting detailed financial reports to upper management. I was also responsible for developing and implementing recordkeeping and accounting systems utilizing current computer technology. I provided advisory services to clients on the topic of accounting systems, and key performance indicators.

Navy Sector- Navy OASIS project (Dates 08/18 to 08/19)

During this time, I was initially brought onto the OASIS project under the Rexhame LLC brand. I was assigned to the OASIS helpdesk as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level consultant regarding the Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS), tasked with monitoring and responding to the OASIS helpdesk phone line and organizational mailbox, while also correcting issues brought to us by various commands via our ticketing system iTracker. During this time, I additionally laid the ground plan for our tiered support structure regarding our internal business processes creating a streamlined and effective business model, which was received positively by our client and has continually been refined during the lifespan of the project. During this time, I have a recorded metric of 264 support tickets being resolved and closed.

Led the development and implementation of the company's digital marketing strategy, including social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Analyzed and reported on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

Navy Sector- Navy OASIS project (Dates 09/19 to 04/21)

During this time, Rexhame was merged into Sehlke consulting and I was promoted to the position of Helpdesk team lead, where process refinement and improvement were the focus while continuing to support the helpdesk operations as well as our client. I managed a team of 5 at its peak, our combined efforts resulted in the resolution of an additional 1,076 support tickets.

Navy Sector- Navy OASIS project (Dates 05/21 to 06/23)

During this time, I was recognized for my performance and experience and moved over to support tier three operations as a member of the systems team. Tickets would be vetted by tiers one and two and anything that could not be resolved at those levels would be escalated to us for further action. We were additionally responsible for supporting migrating BSOs with access management during fiscal year end and any transitions out of the system. I was introduced to our Robotic Process Automations, going on to process 45,000+ table adjustments within the accounting system correcting various data element discrepancies. I was also introduced to correcting unique errors tied to the Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS) which due to business interfaces, periodically would generate unique errors to transactions regarding missing data elements. During this time, I corrected 17 PBIS errors for an absolute value of $93,181,050.00. I also directly resolved 360 support tickets.

Navy Sector- Navy OASIS project (Dates 07/23 to present)

During this time, Sehlke would go on to be acquired by Aeyon, and I would once again be recognized for performance and tasked with being the team lead for the system team tier 3 support operations. At its peak, I managed a team of 6, and the efforts of my team culminated in the resolution of 1,587 support tickets during this time. Additionally, we would go on to process 278,071 table adjustments supporting the data integrity and business processes of the Navy. I was also responsible directly for supporting SABRS system access, via the Access Management Provisioning System (AMPS) I facilitated the processing of 2,394 access requests. I took on a support role in a programming capacity assisting in the refinement and troubleshooting of our various Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) and developed a roadshow tool that captures the RPA performance in comparison manual entry of data, in many cases processing efficiency increased between 30-120 times based on speed alone. Continued supporting PBIS error corrections with an additional 776 errors being corrected, for an Absolute value of $3,255,193,997.00. All of this was accomplished while also catering to client specific needs and fulfilling reoccurring taskers regarding weekly level and monthly level key performance indicator (KPI) reporting
