Led departmental meetings with team leads and supervisors to keep updated on individual departments progress and compliance.
Training of all new hires within clinical staff and oversight of all new physician onboarding.
Management of all Workers Compensation Medication Dispensing for all physicians, including inventory and updated compliance for all 4 offices.
Responsible for keeping all staff and medical equipment updated and complaint under OSHA and state/federal regulations.
