•Monitor the MOC work process.

•Identify non-conformance or missing processes and initiate corrective actions.

•Perform required MOC auditing, metrics, and reporting.

•Track and monitor the completion of document revisions/updates.

•Ensure that all MOC’s are recognized, formally reviewed, documented, and approved prior to implementation to avoid potential safety or operational problems and to comply with federal and state regulations.

•Plan, position, and coordinate the installations of commercial kitchens and food service equipment using blueprints/schematics as per projects, but not limited to assembling, adjusting, and interrelating installation projects with other industry teams in the greater Houston area.
