Initially hired as an A&P Technician & after 1 year, transferred into Inspection. My primary duties as an A&P were performing work assigned to me for the type of ‘Check’ A, B, or C-check. Opening aircraft for inspection, performing any repairs or modifications per manufactures technical data, then closing the aircraft, after the completion.

~ As an Inspector, my primary role was to inspect aircraft, write discrepancy cards, inspect the A&P’s work & verify they were using the correct Tech-data for the repair, then double check aircraft after being closed.
