• Worked with President of Sales and Region Managers to conceive new sales incentives, sales training programs, sales tracking programs, and other initiatives to increase our print and digital marketing sales.

• Oversaw team of 10 cold-callers, 3 Virtual Salespersons, and 25 existing BVM Field Salespersons.
• Subordinates conducted over 1000 cold calls per day, made 60 B2B sales appointments per day, which resulted in over a million dollars in newly-booked business per month
• Team prospected more than 500 new businesses prospects per day.
• Recruited, hired, and trained Cold-Callers, Virtual Salespersons, and existing BVM Field Salespersons into TSP.
• Identified and selected – based on analysis of data, revenue, publication health, market knowledge, etc. – which publications and markets to target with TSP.
• Assigned each market to a dedicated cold-caller, and assigned the sales appointments to BVM Field Salesperson or Virtual Salesperson when appropriate.
• Provided coaching to cold-callers and salespersons on maximizing both appointments and sales.
• Trained cold-callers on prospecting and appointment scheduling, including guiding them on overcoming objections, getting through gatekeepers, identifying decision makers, etc.
• Developed, with Sales Leadership, a remote guided virtual sales presentation and coached our Virtual Salespersons to perform it over Zoom, this presentation was adapted and used later by the entire BVM sales field during COVID-19 pandemic.
