Administrative Support

Communication and Liaison

1. Serve as a liaison: Communicate with students, faculty, staff, and external partners on behalf of the Vice Dean, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

2. Manage email and phone correspondence: Respond to emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.

3. Develop and disseminate communications: Create and distribute letters, announcements, and other communications to students, faculty, and staff.

Field Data Collection Officer: SOCO Baseline Project World Bank/UBIDS, Wa

The Field Officer/Data Collection Officer is responsible for collecting high-quality data in the field, ensuring timely and accurate data submission, and providing support to the research/project team. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection

1. Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions with respondents, ensuring informed consent and adherence to ethical standards.

2. Collect and record data accurately, using various methods (e.g., paper-based, mobile devices, or computer-assisted personal interviewing).

Field Operations

1. Plan and coordinate fieldwork, including scheduling interviews, arranging transportation, and managing equipment.
