November 2005 to July 2015

Created a property management department for a growing full service real estate company.

• Developed and implemented operational and staffing plans for new acquisitions totaling 3,400,000 sq. ft. (34

properties) to date.

• Created operational and procedural polices to service 7,500,000 sq.ft. of office, residential, retail and industrial

properties for company operations. Developed manuals for these policies.

Akridge Real Estate Services - Washington, DC

March 2004 to November 2005

Developed and implemented operation plans for a 1.3 million square foot 24/7 multi-use (retail, residential, office and

entertainment) project in Downtown Washington, D.C. (Gallery Place).

• Coordinated efforts for the development of a reciprocal easement agreement between the Commercial Office,

Entertainment, Retail and Residential components of this complex multi-use project and developed an equitable cost

sharing model for the project's common area maintenance charges.

• Supervised the tenant build out process for 300,000 sq.ft. of retail (14 tenants) and 250,000 sq.ft. of office tenants in

conjunction with adjoining occupied residential condominium units.

• Acted as liaison between four (4) different partnership entities plus the D.C. Government which was invested

through its first ever venture with tax increment financing.

• Developed a security and operation plan with the FBI that was integral in securing a 68,000 sq. ft. GSA lease for

the FBI anti-terrorism unit's headquarters in the heart of the Central Business District (was approved for Top-Secret

clearance for this Project).

• Trained and supervised Property Managers at various development sites to transition properties from development

into operation.

September 2000 to March 2004

Managed all activities and buildings for the 1.5 million square foot portfolio of commercial and retail real estate

properties in Northern Virginia.

• Served as primary contact in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area for this Philadelphia based company.

• Analyzed staffing needs for the region and recruited individuals as necessary.

• Provided cost estimating and budgeting services for the leasing department relative to prospective tenant leases
